A Note from Miriam...
The first time I heard my friend Patty talk about receiving we were at lunch together and our friend Nicole was complaining about her lack of sales. Nicole thought she didn’t know the magic words she needed to say that would get someone to whip out their credit card and buy her stuff.
But after asking Nicole a few more questions, we both could see there was nothing wrong with how she was selling-- but the problem was she was blocking her own success. She was getting in her own way.
Patty knew better. She gently remarked: “You don’t have a selling problem, you have a RECEIVING problem.”
This struck me because immediately I felt the TRUTH in what she was saying. Nicole really did know how to sell, but there was something blocking her success.
And I see this SO much with people like you in our community. ‘Cuz it isn’t just about selling stuff-- it’s about ALLOWING greater ABUNDANCE into your life.. Whether that’s in the form of more art sales-- or something else-- like LOVE.
Patty and I have talked a lot about this since that day which is why I invited her to teach you about what she calls “The Sacred Art of Receiving.”
